One of the oldest sweet shop in kolkata. Recently visited there outlet really appreciable. Sweet is just mouthwatering. Staffs are very friendly. And what is more eye catching that’s wall clock which in Bengali fonts. In one word love this place.

The most recent change noticeable was the reserved parking for customers, this is a very congested part of Kolkata and I had to park my car pretty far and then rush to buy sweets at this shop but no more. Each Rossogolla costs ₹20/each and an entire Handi can fit 30 of them. Staff is very helpful and the taste blew my mind once again, no other sweet shop in Kolkata can make Rossogollas like Bhim Chandra Nag.

Wow.. since 1826....such a old and nice place to have sweets in Kolkata... They are selling sweets since the british rule. British used to buy sweets from here. Many types of sweets are available. Rasgulla, Mishti Dahi etc etc. Along with sweets there is a wall clock which u must see. A british came to this shop who saw that there was no clock in the hotel. Then he asked sweet shop guys how can you stay without seeing time. Then he said that he will gift a wall clock and will send it from London. Sweet owner asked to make it with bangla font so that they will know the time easily. And he then gifted this. It works on a key (spring mechanism).
